Depuis McAllen, Texas, Luis Moreno nous envoie sa sélection de latin-jazz telle qu’il l’aurait faite pour son émission de radio The Jazz Buffalo, qu’il a conduite pendant dix ans.
Ce mélomane mexicain est aussi pionnier dans l’art de créer le forum virtuel de débat musical, bien avant l’arrivée des réseaux sociaux.
Il anime depuis une quinzaine d’années le forum Jazz Mestizo pour les hispanophones, le Latin Jazz Group pour les anglophones et plus récemment un troisième forum sur le jazz au Mexique.
