Une programmation de pièces sonores et de performances réalisées par des artistes français et turcs, mais aussi d’autres villes mondes autour des sonorités urbaines, des paysages d’Istanbul et de Marseille.

Error at the fishmarket ■ 4’40
The Eminönü district could instantly associate the entity of « fish ». It’s modest pier, yet with it’s rich fish market, is a place of resort for shoppers, fish & bread lovers, amateur fisherman and not to forget the dense commuters of the ferry. Concurrently, a major station for the ferries, there exists a constant rumbling noise of engines. The intention to capture micro events can sometimes bring about results that are effected by macro events, undesired at first but embraced afterwards.

It’s a processed audio journey about the television broadcasting history in Turkey. There’s an audio sample from the first television broadcast in Turkey; in which the news host tells the date of this very broadcast (31st january, 1968) and announces that it’s the first tv broadcast of TRT. This audio piece tells the story about Turkish society meeting the TV contest and what has happened afterwards.
